Installing and Enabling Adobe Flash Player


For Reflex to run on a computer, you’ll need to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

  1. Go to
  2. In the lower left corner of the screen, click the Get Adobe Flash Player graphic link in the bottom left corner of the screen
  3. If prompted to download software other than Adobe Flash Player, remove the check from the Optional Offer check box
  4. Select the Install Now button
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the three-step process.

After installation, if you still receive a message indicating that Reflex requires Flash you may need to enable it in your web browser. Please use the link below for instructions on how to enable Flash in your browser:


Another option is to try using a different browser to run Reflex, as each browser handles Flash differently.

Please note that due to security concerns with Flash, future updates to your browser may disable these changes. We are diligently working to convert Reflex to HTML5, after which point Reflex will no longer require Flash and should work on all devices without issue. This new version of Reflex will launch in June of 2018.
