Promoting Students

It’s quick and easy to promote (i.e. move from one grade to the next) a group of student profiles for the new school year.

To make changes, log in to your Reflex Administrator Account:

1. Click the User Management button at the top right of the Reflex Dashboard.

2. Select the appropriate grade level from the drop-down menu. (start from largest to smallest)

3. Ensure that you click the Checkbox next to the name of the student you are trying to promote.

4. Once names are checked, the Grade Level button will light up and can be pushed to move the students from one grade to the next.

4. Choose the appropriate grade from the drop-down menu.

5. Select Accept

6. Students should appear in the new grade.
