- From your Reflex Teacher Account, click the ? Help Icon on the top navigation bar.
- Select Contact Customer Support.
- Fill out the form, be as detailed as possible, and then click Submit. Our Tech Support Team will follow-up with you as soon as possible (typically within 30 minutes during business hours).
