For a successful Beta program, it’s important that we hear about any issues you encounter while using Reflex. We’ve made it easy to share your feedback.

Submit a Reflex beta support ticket

Or, submit a ticket from within the program:

  1. From your Reflex Teacher Account, click the ? Help Icon on the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Contact Customer Support.
  3. Fill out the form, be as detailed as possible, and then click Submit. Our Tech Support Team will follow-up with you as soon as possible (typically within 30 minutes during business hours).

You can also contact us toll free at 866-882-4141, ext. 4, during business hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm Eastern). Please let the Tech Support Specialist know you are a Reflex Beta user.
